NCC (Army and Navy)

The National Cadet Corps in the school aims at developing character, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook, sportsmanship, spirit of adventure, and ideals of selfless service among the students. The activities of NCC provide a congenial environment to motivate the cadets, to train and groom themselves as responsible citizens, future leaders of our Great Country in all walks of life and also to take up a career in the Armed Forces. Through it's camps, the NCC provides ample opportunity for community living and by the visits to hill stations the cadets get chances for expeditions through trekking / and mountaineering etc. NCC parade is held every Friday from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. The school NCC unit is under the expert supervision of 2 Kerala Battalions of NCC, Thirumala.
The school also has a Young Cadet Force (YCF) of vibrant young students of Class VII receiving Army training. They have ‘Discipline and Loyalty’ as their motto.
